Trivia

When the three boys first speak to Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) in Mike's (Finn Wolfhard) basement, Dustin is wearing a t-shirt that says "Drama Club". Gaten Matarazzo, who plays Dustin, is a big fan of theater, and began his career acting and singing on Broadway. See more »

Goofs

When Jonathan Byers goes to his father's home to look for Will, an APL shipping container is shown in a rail yard nearby. The logo is of the current "APL" initials with a red American eagle above it. This logo was not used until 1988. The correct logo in 1983 would have been a red American eagle over the words "American President Line". See more »

Did it surprise me more than first episode? Nop , I believe firs episode was maybe 0.1-0.2 points better than this one. Lack of action. That's the main problem. Waiting for some changes.
