Storyline

Our future and the earth itself are in danger from pollution, global warming, climate change and a looming energy crisis. The energy crisis will lead to a political crisis and continual and worsening energy wars. In addition we are discovering very real mega dangers from asteroid strikes and supervolcanos. Space technology in general and colonizing the moon in particular, as a first step into space, have the potential to mitigate and/or eliminate these dangers and guarantee a human future. An eye opening look at global warming & a unique solution.

This is an imaginative, creative and very thoughtful piece. There are great visuals mixing unbelievable computer animation, live action and a slew of interviews with a variety of knowledgeable experts, scientists and thinkers. The film is choked full of fascinating ideas and interesting solutions to the enormous and fast growing problem of global warming. These are things we all need to be thinking about. While I'm not sure why there isn't much more conversation about this extremely important topic, this film is a wonderful starting point. It's a really eye opening and creative approach. If it's true that earth has no solutions to the immense global warming problem, we better jump on the possibility of colonizing the moon as this film suggests and start generating power from the vast energy of the sun. It all seems plausible, probable and doable. So let's get going. Thanks for being so entertaining and informative in this film! Great job.
