Eight sentient rag dolls have their souls sucked out. Only one of the dolls has their soul sucked out onscreen. The main villain wears the skins of the rag dolls it kills

Since the only characters are rag dolls and a creature made mostly out of metal and canvas, viscera is never shown at all

None of the characters speak at all

Basically the whole thing. There is an incredibly strange atmosphere and score. The appearances of both the hero and the villain can be frightening. That aside, the strange and at times frightening nature is mostly psychological
