Great

When I first saw this movie in London Cinema I was very enthusiastic about it.

Especially the way Karel Karton played his role added a magnificent detail to the movie. The way he uses his facial expressions and physical conditions are so real, you really start to believe the character. Too bad Mr. Baar sometimes seemed less serious in his acting performance.

Later that year I arranged an interview with Karel Karton at the film festival in Cannes, but he didn't say anything. Too bad.

I suppose Karel will have a glamorous future in Hollywood anyway and wish him and his crew all the best! On to the next 'new master'.

A great movie, full of humor

I've seen the movie just recently and I must say, it's quite a masterpiece. I never knew films could be this fun. From the pranks with Karel Karton (Cardboard Carl) to the dangerous stunts in the intro, (The boxing Jan-Bouke and the high-flying Jordy spring to mind) it's full of action and fun. I also recommend this movie to children so they learn that it's certainly not cool to join these so called "teengangs".

The filmmakers obviously make a statement with this picture and this fact alone should win them an Oscar. Thank you for all the fun and I hope you guys make a sequel.

This movie proves the ability of both "JB" and Jordy as full-fledged actors and I'm sure we'll see them in the future walking the red carpet.
