Excellent drama.

A group of people meet up to walk across The Sahara in order to raise money for charity, secrets and lies cause major problems for the group.

ITV were turning out some wonderful one off dramas around this time, and The Walk is one of them.

Ninety minutes of exceptional drama, it's an almost simple story, but it's the character play and complexity of the relationships which makes it so good.

It's interesting in that it explains the different sides of cancer, how it affects those with it, and those affected indirectly.

Terrific acting, I personally thought Nicola Stephenson was the standout, but each does a fine job.

Terrific, should have a DVD release. 9/10.
