Storyline

High school student Kurosaki Ichigo is unlike any ordinary kid. Why? Because he can see ghosts. Ever since a young age, he's been able to see spirits from the afterlife. Ichigo's life completely changes one day when he and his two sisters are attacked by an evil, hungry and tormented spirit known as a Hollow. Right in the nick of time, Ichigo and his siblings are aided by a Shinigami (Death God) named Kuchiki Rukia, whose responsibility it is to send good spirits (Pluses) to the afterlife known as Soul Society, and to purify Hollows and send them up to Soul Society. But during the fight against the Hollow, Rukia is injured and must transfer her powers to Ichigo. With this newly acquired power, so begins Kurosaki Ichigo's training and duty as a Shinigami to maintain the balance between the world of the living and the world of the dead... Quotes

Ichigo Kurosaki: Eh-eah.
[wipes away blood]
Ikkaku Madarame: I don't get it.
Ichigo Kurosaki: Hm?...
Ikkaku Madarame: Sure there's some distance between us, but only a novice unfamiliar with fighting would allow a hand to leave his sword during a match!
Ichigo Kurosaki: Why don't you just shut your trap! Alright? I got blood in my eyes! So I just stopped to wipe it away!
Ikkaku Madarame: Even shallow wounds above the eye bleed profusely.
[removes a cap on the end of his hilt]
Ichigo Kurosaki: [puzzled] Mm!
Ikkaku Madarame: [dabbing his fingers in an ointment inside his hilt] Therefore you must stop the bleeding...

Bleach is addicting and just plain awesome!
3 July 2007 | by babyblue04002See all my reviews

When I first started watching Bleach it was because I had nothing else to do, i caught it around episode 5. After i watched two shows i was completely hooked. I love everything, the characters, the animation everything! I was running around like a mad woman trying to catch up on the episodes. For main characters we have

Ichigo: A normal 15 year old boy, except for the fact he can see spirits. He's torn up over his mothers death and he's angry. Rukia: A past soul reaper who's lost her powers helps Ichigo all while trying to understand him. Kon: A mod spirit who is actually really funny, i love that he was added to the show.

Once you start watching your captivated for the next half hour, as soon as i turn on Bleach the next thing i know its over.

There are no words to explain how much i love this show, and i know i'm not the only one.
