The Man With White Gloves review

A man finds himself wrongly accused of murder after leaving some incriminating evidence behind at the scene of a robbery. A comparatively sophisticated short from 1908 which doesn't rush its plot or spoon-feed its audience unnecessarily. It also features an impressive split-screen scene in which two people holding a telephone conversation are separated by a long-shot of a busy city street to signify the distance between them.
