Storyline

Slacker Zack Bradley works as a box boy at Super Club, a warehouse club store. It is the lowest in the job hierarchy at the store. He doesn't work very hard at his job, and along with some of his fellow employee friends treats the store like his playground. Regardless, he is well liked by most of the other employees. He used to be hard working, when he was developing a dot com, but he lost all his and his grandmother's money in the process. As such, he decided not to take any risks in life while he now lives with her so as to provide her with what he considers at least a more reliable life. On the other extreme is Vince Downey, who lords an air of superiority over his fellow employees as the store's head cashier. He lives to be the store's best employee solely so that he can be named Employee of the Month, which he has been named seventeen months in a row. If he is named Employee of the Month for a record eighteenth time in a row, he will be rewarded with entrance into the ... Written by Huggo

When Russell, Lon, and Iqbal try to enter the "club house" in the steel only to find it had been filled in, Russell says that only four people (himself, Vince, Lon, and Iqbal) know about the "club house". In reality, the forklift driver that lifts them up to it would be a fifth person. See more »

A Decent,Funny Movie with a good cast
9 June 2007 | by See all my reviews

I know Jessica Simpson was horrible in this movie, but hey! What movie was she ever good in? Dane Cook does a good role, and Dax Shepard was what made me love this movie. He was hilarious, and the only movie i saw with him before Employee of the Month was Without A Paddle. Overall,a good movie suitable for at least six stars. I wonder why Dax didn't win a award for this movie. I also thought Efren Ramirez was hysterical. The movie is lacking some key elements of a good movie, but people take this movie too seriously....i mean, come on. Its just another PG-13 movie with a lot of rude remarks. But if you want to see a good movie with Dane Cook, Dax Shepard, Andy Dick and Harland Williams watch this movie.....you cant be disappointed.
