In 1917, Elizabeth Bartley plots a sacrificial war to bring back her uncle Dracula back to life. She orchestrates the beginning of World War I. Quincy Morris' son, John, and his friend Eric Lecarde, vow to take up the fight against evil.
Elizabeth Bartley, reborn as a vampire by the witch Dorottya Szentes, seeks the resurrection of Count Dracula. John Morris, armed with the fabled "Vampire Killer" whip, and Eric Lecarde, wielding the "Alucard Spear", travel to various European countries to hunt Bartley down and prevent Dracula's revival.
