A dog mauling case. Someone's dog attacked poor Carlos Chavez. Sergeant Tom Harris, from the LAPD, decides it would be better to send the dog to the pound. But here's the problem: Some people claim the animal belongs to the Mayor while others say it's only a stray dog. Of course, the Mayor's dog couldn't end up at the pound! But on the other hand, can Harris leave an irresponsible dog owner unpunished? Now caught in a troubling dilemma, how far will Harris go to save face?
