Caught this film at a public screening in Park Bio, Copenhagen and must admit I was blown away. It is very experimental and therefore quite suurealistic in many ways, but it tells the story quite well.
Thomas is a UN-soldier returned home with tremendous emotional scars and has in many ways suffered an emotional death. He has experienced things in Bosnia that has put his sanity over the top and now that he is back home he cannot deal with the world. He cannot related to his parents or his girlfriend anylonger - or himself for that matter..
So many films has been made about topics alike; some bad, some good, but I think this film and the 8 minutes at last probably is one of the better tellings about casulties of war.
