Storyline

"Maintenance by any Means" is about two maintenance men vying for the position of maintenance supervisor in an apartment complex. The maintenance men must compete with each other in order to get the job left open by the former Maintenance Supervisor. They need evaluations by the people who live at the apartments for every work order they finish. The problem is the renters themselves. Each one they run into has their own set of interesting problems. The maintenance men soon discover that a positive review may be hard to come by. Fixing broken down items in the apartments is the least of their worries. Finally one of the maintenance men must win the contest, by any means. Written by Zandy Kreps and Jim Dougherty

Shockingly Bad!!!!
29 December 2006 | by RickAstley007See all my reviews

An unbelievable piece of garbage from indie film maker Dazey Kreps. Lousy acting, directing, editing and sound. Please don't waste your time on this one. If you have ever have seen a movie and told yourself, "I could do better than that." This is a perfect example. The acting by Chip G and Zandy Kreps almost left you feeling sorry for them. But not quite. The couple of bright spots were the girl in the wheelchair and the football incident. They were actually funny and I found myself laughing out loud. But a couple of laughs are not worth your time watching this disaster of a film. A word of advice to Zandy, lighting is important as are a few close-ups. My son and I had to fast forward to end this dreadful creation. Two thumbs down, way down.
