Title Card: In 1915 the "Young Turk" Party of the Ottoman Empire, under the leadership of Talaat, Enver, and Djemal, methodically and systematically exterminated one and one-half million Armenians.

Title Card: This film is based on an actual incident which took place in Berlin in 1921 when a young man assassinated the Ex-Grand Vezir, Talaat Pasha. The names of several individuals portrayed in the film have been changed to protect their privacy and this film.
Prosecuting Attourney: The eyewitness accounts are highly exaggerated. The documents which have been submitted as evidence cannot be considered valid proofs. We have no means to verify them. The honorable Doctor Lapaius' testimony is only hearsay at best. The materials he gathered are only second and third-hand information.
