Storyline
Plot Summary |
Edge is one of the soldiers in the service of the mighty Empire. The Empire has recently ordered some excavations at ancient ruins, trying to discover the secret of an old technology that is much superior to that of present time. During the excavation works, Edge encounters a mysterious young girl. He then witnesses the murder of his captain and other soldiers by Crayden, one of the Empire's officers. Coming into contact with an ancient dragon, Edge begins to roam the world, determined to find Crayden and avenge the death of his comrades. Nobody helps him but his faithful dragon. But the Empire is also after Crayden, so there appear to be at least three sides in the conflict - or are there more? |

Did You Know?
Trivia | Despite rave reviews and a cult following, this four-disk epic game was poorly marketed. The Sega Saturn was not selling very well and the end of its production was right around the corner as the Dreamcast was waiting in the wings. Team Andromeda, the in-house team that made the Saturn titles, grew from 20 members to 40. The team had trouble making the battle parts. As a result of the game on a poorly-selling system such as Saturn, only a few copies of this game were ever released and sold copies were auctioned off at eBay with bids as high as $172.50. Obviously, the game did not sell well in its release and Team Andromeda dissolved (development of the fourth game, which was for Xbox, was done by Smilebit). See more » |
