Storyline

Tico comes home to Miami from Medical school one summer, top of his class; only nobody cares because they're all going nuts. Of course when you start seeing ghosts, have a brother that hates you, a cousin that lands from Cuba with militants after him, your mom and dad at each other's throats, and the family business is about to be taken away by the bank -- no wonder everybody's crazy. Somehow, someway Tico and his family have to discover the truth within them so they can all find their way back to each other. Written by Michael Justiz

Very Good Film
3 December 2003 | by cgravelineSee all my reviews

I saw this film recently at the Fort Lauderdale Film Festival. It was very well done and included all the pieces that come together to make a truly good film: Well thought out plot; good music, fantastic actors, and high overall production value. As I sat in the theatre, I found myself becoming increasingly involved with the film. I began to share the emotions that were put forth by the actors, which is hard to say for a lot of films nowadays. I would definitely recommend this film to anybody. Bravo!
