Sue, Katie and Christine - the three bridesmaids - are running late in arriving to their friend Sarah's wedding to John. The three, who are driving to the country locale of the wedding together, have known both Sarah and John for most of their lives. Their conversation steers primarily to how much they dislike John and how Sarah could have done so much better as a choice for her first husband. As the conversation progresses, the revelations about John extend farther than any of the three wanted or could have imagined. —Huggo
Flip Phone (short) - excellent, real and funny
Gotta give it a 10/10...the writing & acting wonderful...the story so real life. Three friends who have spent many years knowing each other - actually pretty much growing up together - while driving to be at the wedding, these bridesmaids are relating their thoughts and experiences about their mutual friend who is about to be married and the intended husband (whom they have also known for many years). could see this happening just the way it did. In many ways, it reminded me of a trip that I was on with friends and that is why it seemed so realistic to me. My spouse and I totally enjoyed the movie. You will understand why it works so well as a "short". Great ending. A treat to watch.....
