The fourth entry in the "Traces of Death" series stays on the same track as the previous films by showing scenes of real life violent deaths and gory accidents caught on film. This volume shows scenes of birth defects, tumors, leprosy, different piercings of the male and female genitalia and even midget wrestling, and like the previous entries this ones definitely not for the squeamish. If you're interested in looking at gore, don't watch this. This is horrible, and not horrible as in the gore is so intense that you must refrain from watching, but as in horribly produced. The footage is all low-res, and most of it you can find on the internet for free(and at a better quality), some of this footage isn't even gore, rather pictures and videos people might find disturbing. An example of this is the inclusion of the infamous "Alien Baby" clip, which shows a poor child somewhere in Asia suffering from Harlequin-type Ichthyosis(the very same clip in the movie has been seen on the internet under many different titles) The narrator sounds like a 19 year old, who pulls off sadistic remarks from time-to-time, possibly to try and enhance the creepy feeling of the film. And don't forget about the heavy metal soundtrack that blares throughout the entire film. This collection of videos runs for $125.00 off Amazon(Note:I did not spend a cent to watch it), if you can get it for anything from $0 to $1.20, then go for it, if not, forget about it....
