Before the Torus is unlocked and entered, one of the displays used to monitor technical data is exactly the same display used in Deep Core (2000). See more »

The Chinese characters are used incorrectly. For instance, on the missile that hits the US/Russian satellite, the Chinese characters read zhong hua ming guo which refers to Taiwan, the Republic of China. The flag is for the People's Republic of China and should read zhong hua renmin gongheguo. It's a big political difference, equivalent to South Korea instead of North Korea or East vs. West Germany. The same characters are on a label in the control room, where they would normally have something like "start". See more »

"If you like this title, we also recommend...

Boa vs. Python (2004) (TV)."

There's really not much more to say other than that, but I'll try: Imagine being strapped to a chair while every stupid person who has ever irritated you, wasted your time, or otherwise caused you grief pokes you repeatedly in the face with a rolled-up copy of the National Enquirer while explaining the plot of Jason and the Argonauts to you using no words that contain more than two syllables. That's how much fun you will probably have watching this movie. Cue next anonymous hyperbolic scathing.
