Amazing 9/10

This game is excellent! I have recently bought it as a deal with another game, and I haven't played the other game yet because I can't put this down. The graphics are brilliant, and there can be over 100 enemies on screen at one time! The character are cool, if a little clichéd. The music is quite good, and I particularly like the Boss music. The fusion of shoot-em-up and RPG work well, except for the story. The fact that shoot-em-ups tend to be a lot shorter than RPGs is the main problem, as characters seem to interact as though they have known each other for a long time, but the fact that most of the characters have only spoken a couple of times doesn't make sense. The running can be a little slow, and the timed missions can be somewhat frustrating, but, thankfully, this doesn't detract much. The controls need some getting used to, but they are relatively easy once you get going. On the whole, this game is amazing, and I would advise it to anyone who is a fan of RPGs and Shoot-em-ups.
