Storyline

"The Movie" compiles nearly one hundred minutes of Turbonegro video footage culled from various sources: 4 promo clips for among others "Denim demon" and "Get it on", several band features that were broadcasted by German Viva TV during 1997/98, live recordings from the Darkness Forever tour and the farewell show in Oslo, plus lots of obscure on-the-road snippets from Turbo's private archives that were all recorded in Norway, Germany, Spain and USA between 1995 and 1998 at various locations. A dazzling display of talent
16 February 2006 | by never_surrender82See all my reviews

If you are a true fan of the incredible, awe-inspiring deathpunk sensation that is Turbonegro, then this is the movie for you. If you are not, bugger off.

Thrills, chills, mustaches, groupies, denim, afro-wigs & rampant homosexuality await you in what can only be described as the first deathpunk-umentary.

Contains live shows, numerous "music videos" & tons of interviews/television appearances. This film details the chronology of the band up until the time of Hank's breakdown. A recommended accessory to this movie is "Turbonegro: the Reserection". It tells the story of the band's reformation after their four year absence from public view.

An excellent movie, truly & wholeheartedly recommend for all fans.
