This show is VERY INTENSE. There is a lot of violence, and a lot of emotion.
The music really adds to the tone of the show.
The walrus fight is intense.
An owl who is hinted as possibly being a spectre appears randomly in various episodes. It's voice and manner of speech may spook some viewers.
The last couple episoodes are famous (infamous) for making vierwers cry.
Final thought: Great show. Beautifully done, and very entertaining. However, use caution when allowing children to watch this. It gets very bloody, and very sad. Truths are revealed about characters that may change opinions drastically. In other words, if the violence isn't an issue for kids, then this show can be easily handled by them.
