- Two girls flash their breasts at a party, which is shown on camera.
- Raunchy sex humor throughout the film.
- A woman wants two boys to have sex with her while her husband is outside working. One boy unbuttons her shirt, revealing her breasts. Her breasts are visible for an extended period of time.
- A male surgeon appears to some sort of sexual attraction to Kumar.
- Harold and Kumar talk to a woman and there is some sexual talk.
- Kumar wakes Harold up licking his face because he thought doing "gay" things would wake him up.
Violence & Gore

- Harold is attacked by a racoon in the car and it spits on him.
- A man who is shot lies in a hospital bed bleeding to death (there's a gross-out blood squirt), though this isn't meant to be frightening, and he later starts telling Kumar how to get to White Castle casually.
- A man is seen with his face and neck covered with pimples. One is seen to be bungling and leaking yellow footage.
- Harold goes to hit Kumar, but accidentally hits a cop in the face.
- Whilst riding a cheetah, Harold gets smacked in the face by a branch and thrown off. (played for laughs)
- Kumar shoots a cop in a dream sequence and we see cartoony blood spray behind him.

- The plot revolves around two stoners going to a fast food restaurant on the "munchies".
- Many characters are seen smoking Marijuana, including a comic scene in which a wild Cheetah is getting "high" from inhaling the smoke. Also a comic scene in which Kumar is dreaming about living with a giant bag of Marijuana as a wife.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- None, though some may find racial profiling offensive. A man is seen with huge boils and pus spews out, which most will find disgusting. A man lies bleeding to death in a hospital (see violence and gore) which some may find frightening. There is also a scene where a racoon attacks Harold and bites him in the car.
