A psychologist for inmates has knowledge of a secret, experimental brain implant, designed to change convicts' behavior so that they will not remember or repeat their crimes and, therefore, be able to return productively to society rather than remain in an increasing prison population. The procedure, however, suffers some imperfections: Three killers are at it again. Written by Kim Williams <KDWms@webtv.net>

Death Penalty Anyone?
21 May 2004 | by bellhollowSee all my reviews

This movie came out just a little bit too soon. We are currently on the fringes of brain mapping and control. This movie is about all those good doer experiments to put killers back out there into the real world. Most men will love the first scene with the woman going to the top of her apartment to do a little sunbathing. But she has a visitor. I think the movie does an excellent job of showing killers going off for any reason, sometimes just aggravated by a voice or a situation. There is no over the top killings, no super duper shots of blood splatter, but you get the idea, the person died and then you get to question yourself, "Who is really responsible for the murder."
