Storyline

All of Us is inspired by the domestic adventures of entertainment superstars Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith and reflects a new generation's enlightened attitude toward the extended family dynamic with humor, sensitivity and heart. Robert James, an entertainment reporter for a local Los Angeles television station whose best friend is also his publicist, the three-time divorced Dirk. Robert is handsome, smart and a thoroughly modern man in his thinking, as he should be, considering his romantic and parental entanglements. On the verge of finalizing his divorce from the somewhat self-absorbed Neesee, the mother of their endearing five-year-old son, Bobby, Jr., he is madly in love with Tia, a funny, clever kindergarten teacher. This humorous and heartwarming comedy is a fresh, timely look at many young parents' new, compassionate attitude toward how divorced parents raise their children together. Written by Anonymous

Quotes

Robert James Sr.: [after Tia dreams she and Neesee are getting married, Robert discovers her packed bags at the door] Tia, why...why are you getting so worked up over a dream?
Tia Jewel: Because it's not a dream, it's reality. I marry you, I marry Neesee. I guess that makes sense because it feels like I've been dating her for the past year and a half. I go to school, she's there. I come home, she's here. I go to your office, she's there. And now, we go to sleep, and boom, there she is, right in our bed.
Robert James Sr.: Tia, I don't enjoy ...

good Will and Jada did a great job
3 September 2005 | by willsgal1See all my reviews

I think Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith did a great job on this because it is funny and romantic and it is based on Will and Jada's life as in Neesee (LisaRaye) portrayals the role of Sheree his ex-wife. Bobby Jr. (Khamani Griffin) portrayals the role of trey. Tia (Elise Neal) portrayals the role of Jada and Robert (Duane Martin) portrayals the role of Will. The programme is funny because you can tell Neesee and Robert still care about each other and their son. In the programme you come across some of their friends and relatives whIch again i think its funny how they did it. This show has some of the best one liners ever when Roberts mom comes over to stay and she has a big joint of meat in her bag she says "Is anyone hungry" then she looks around then looks at the fruit bowl and says, "Y'all must be you've got plastic food"
