This movie was filmed in Kansas, boyhood home of Mr. Peterson. The later years were filmed in Wichita, which included a musical tribute evening with choir and orchestra. Conducted and arranged by Ron Huff, musical guest cameos included Truth, Doug Oldham, Lillie Knauls, Dave Boyer and others. There was also an audio recording released by Paragon Records. Local churches were recruited to find a combined film choir, of whom my wife and myself were participants. It was the era of sideburns, bell bottoms, polyester and orange formals. I hope we get to see the film again someday. (rating of 9, since the period dating is rather extreme)
