Trivia

During the third season, most of the story takes place on the planet, Nelvaan. Nelvaan is a nod to Nelvana Studios, the company responsible for Star Wars: Droids (1985), Ewoks (1985), and the animated sequence from The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978). As well, the species of Nelvaan resemble the dog-like characters from Rock & Rule (1983), a movie made by Nelvana Studios. See more »

Alternate Versions

The individual episodes are cut into two movies as Volume One and Volume Two DVDs. The title only appears at the beginning and wipes/musical cues are added to bring continuity. See more »

Best of Star Wars
21 September 2011 | by ahebert77See all my reviews

This is a short and quick review, and my personal opinion. This show to me is without a doubt, the best thing ever, that has the Star Wars name on it. Period.

After watching this, I was all excited to see the final movie, Episode 3. And... Obiwan kills Grevious in like 5 seconds in a lame ass fight. I was traumatically disappointed. Whats the point of the cartoon series, where they hype up the villain to be a major threat, only to just kill him off like a total wuss?

Im not a big Star Wars fan, or even a fan at all. But this series was great. If you haven't seen it, then you owe it to yourself to check it out. Its very worth it, much more than any of the movies.
