During the Love Parade in Berlin there are a lot of women in skimpy clothing or wearing only bikinis. There is however no actual nudity.

One scene involves the Mandy Moore & Matthew Goode characters skinny-dipping. The audience sees the Mandy Moore character in her underwear but we do not see breasts or full-frontal nudity.

One scene shows the Mandy Moore character in the nude, covered up by a blanket, offering herself to the Matthew Goode character. The Matthew Goode character turns her down to respect her honor.

There is a scene when one character punches a few men to save a girl.

"Jesus", "Oh my God", and "God" are also said in the film.

Bloody hell is use at least one and shit is use once of twice, but most of the language is clean.

Mandy Moore's character goes to a bar and drinks a large glass of beer. Later she ask Mathew Goode's character something like, 'Isn't beer good' and Mathew Goode's character responses 'I always thought so.'

A woman almost falls off a roof.

A woman aggressively knees a man in the groin.

A woman is harassed by several men, it is unclear exactly what they want but at least one says 'how about a date.' They surround her and are not letting her leave.
