A Capital Ship For An Ocean Trip Was The Walloping Wind O' Blind
Monty Collins (Jr.) gets his vacation from work. He and wife Lucille Hutton take an ocean cruise, but once onboard, all the details go wrong. Otherwise, how could it be a comedy?

Director Harry Sweet had started out as a comedian himself. Now a director, he fills this one-reel short with tiny gags about frustrations: lights that won't go out, paper cups that won't unfold, and a ship's corridor where all the doors are identical. Collins performs well, but Sweet would go on to be a producer of shorts for RKO, where he would start the series of the frustrated common man, Edgar Kennedy.
