Maggie: Why didn't you stay?

Samuel: [puts beads around his granddaughter on discovering Wittick dead] Here put these on
Dot Gilkeson: [confused] What are these for?
Samuel: Protection... the man who did this was a BRUJO
Dot Gilkeson: [curious] What's that?
Samuel: That's a witch
Two Stone: [to Lily] CRAWL! You're better than him... You're not better than me!
Samuel Jones: You take this money for your children.
Maggie Gilkeson: No, you take it for your funeral.
Lieutenant: Any man found looting... will have the value of their property deducted from his pay.
Kayitah: [speaking Chiricahua] Forget the hides. Give us your horses and your guns and we'll call it even.
Samuel: They want our horses and guns.
Maggie: I am not giving over my horses!

Samuel Jones: What makes you think they were thinking?
Dot Gilkeson: [on finding Wittick] Momma look at his eyes
Maggie: Maybe he had a heart attack crashed his wagon
Samuel Jones: [digging up the heart] No he didn't his heart's over here
