When Matt jumps off the roof into the pool he yells, but his mouth doesn't open.
When they visit the pool at the pink motel, the clip of them before they view the pool is actually a clip of them leaving.
Character error
In the end credits, Bam Margera is credited as playing "Chad", when he clearly plays himself.
Continuity
When Dustin is rooting around the trash for a receipt, the boy pukes on his hand. Yet in the next shot (from the air) there is no mess, and he is totally dry.
The Wigga throws milkshake at the van which disappears in the next shot.
When the main characters and the Wiggas are driving side by side and the Wiggas throw firecrackers into the van, the dash starts a small fire. In the next shot, it's all back to normal, and shows no sign of damage.
The condition of Eric's board changes sporadically through out the movie.
While Lou is making out with the thief-girl in the van, he rolls down the window half-way to speak to the boy, but in the next shot the window is all the way down. The window is all the way back up when it switches view again.
When Matt pushes Dustin in the water Eric is in the background laughing hysterically, when the shot changes Eric isn't laughing at all.
When Bam walks in the skate shop, he was given 3 decks. He had all 3 stacked facing graphic up and the very next shot, he only had 1 deck in his hand with the graphic facing down
When they are skating the pool at the Pink Hotel, there is an "ambulance parking" sign taped to the bottom of the deep end. There are alternating shots with the sign there and gone.
Toward end of the movie when Eric and his rival, "the gangster skater", duel on the vert ramp, the rival's board alternates between a graphic board and a black blank board with partial scratches between shots.
In the very beginning, Eric leaves his house wearing a hat. When he arrives at the skate shop, his hat is gone.
In the scene where the boys start packing up the van, Matt comes out of the house with spray paint declaring there is one more thing to do with Lou's van, which is bare on the top. After a 360 shot of Lou joining Eric in watching Matt, which takes the camera off the van, you can see a platform of some type added on to the top of the van which has been freshly spray painted.
At the beginning of the vert showdown seen between Eric and the Wigga, the camera passes the Wigga's shoes and they are white and blue, once he starts skating they become plain black.
When Dustin is playing the video game at Eric's house, he stops using the controller and the car in the video game is still moving.
Errors in geography
The lizard which Matt throws out of his pants after the gang has to sleep in the desert is a leopard gecko (Eublepharis macularius) which are native only to the Pakistan-Afghanistan region, and nowhere in the United States.
The beginning of the movie is set in Chicago; however, there are clearly palm trees - which do not grow in or anywhere close to Illinois - visible behind Bam's skate shop.
The lizard that crawls up Matt's pants, is actually an African Geko. They are not naturally found in the US. Only in Pet Stores will you find them.
Revealing mistakes
At the beginning when Eric is skating to the skate shop the grip tape on the skateboard changes from blank to a painted-on etnies symbol.
When Matt is wrestling the skateboard away from the blonde child, you can see the child behind Dustin and Eric when they switch shots.
