User Reviews

silly fun, nothing new
3 August 2004 | by MLDinTNSee all my reviews

While not as good as the first one, this sequel was OK for what it was and was mildly entertaining. Elle goes to Washington to fight for animal rights after she finds out her dog's (Bruiser) mom is being tested on by a cosmetic company. She hooks up with a backstabbing senator(Field) and of course impresses all the uptight Congress folks. They find a way to bring back most of the secondary characters from the first film. While not laugh out funny, it will bring a smile. And since this is a "happy" movie, you already know how it will end: everything going Elle's way.

FINAL VERDICT: This is geared for the young teen crowd, so I can't recommend it for adults. While I didn't think it was that ridiculous, most people I think would think it was too dumb.
