A Good Thief

Wonderful drama again from British tv which seems to get just better and better. In this twisted, emotional and interesting plot, one can get really involved and really feel the characters performances. A wonderful actress was Kay Mellor who always seems to put in a good show! Well done to everyone!

10/10 definitely for this great drama! Keep them coming!

As with the other reviewer on here I have to award this with a ten, it's one of the best dramas I can remember seeing. Kay Mellor not only wrote this overlooked gem of a show, but she also gave an outstanding performance, she manages to be feisty, strong, funny, caring and sassy all at the same time, she is hugely underrated. Angel Coulby is great in support, and Liz Smith is utterly glorious, what a comic performer. Some of the lines are utterly delicious. It's the kind of feel good show that we're not getting at the moment. Kay Mellor has the art of story telling down to a fine art.

I am so glad that I recorded this on its original transmission date. I cannot understand why on Earth this has never had a commercial release.
