Chris Rock Wrote A Script For A Film He Describes As Similar To ‘Bad Lieutenant’
For many people, Chris Rock might just be known for his iconic stand-up comedy routines. For others, he may be just the guy that shows up from time to time in Adam Sandler films. But in recent years, Rock has been shattering preconceived notions about his abilities and tackling some incredibly interesting work such as the lead in the new season of “Fargo” and as a producer-star of the upcoming “Saw” spinoff horror film, “Spiral.” He’s also a filmmaker in his own right, writing and directing films such as “Head of State,” “I Think I Love My Wife,” and “Top FIve.” And apparently, Rock has a couple more feature scripts he’s finished that will continue to prove his range.

Hulu in November: Here’s Everything Coming and Going

Fall is upon us, and so is Hulu’s list of every title coming and going from the streaming service in November.

Among the list of arriving titles is a new episode of Hulu’s original monthly anthology series, “Into the Dark.” November’s episode is called “Pilgrim,” and claims to be inspired by true events — in which a woman invites a bunch of Pilgrim re-enactors over for Thanksgiving dinner. But things get spooky when the “actors” refuse to break character.

Other new arrivals include Season 5 of “You’re the Worst,” described as a modern look at love, the complete first seasons of “Dollface,” about a young woman re-entering the world of women, “The Accident,” which begins with a deadly explosion at a construction site, and “Love Island: Australia,” an answer to the U.K. and U.S. versions of the beloved reality dating show.

66 Of Donald Trump’s Pre-Presidential YouTube Videos Have Been Made Private

As YouTubers gain experience and their skills evolve, they often make the early videos private, so that the cringey infancy of their channels is left unseen by viewers. Now, that strategy is so widespread that even the Head of State is doing it. As discovered by CNN, 66 videos hosted by Donald Trump before he became president have been made private.

The videos in question lived on the Trump Organization YouTube channel and were billed as updates “From The Desk Of Donald Trump.” Trump began hosting those vlogs in 2011, back when he was still the guy who harangued President Obama about his birth certificate, and he continued to provide regular updates for years after that. In total, his run of desk-side chats ran for 75 episodes, nine of which are still publicly available.

It’s not hard to imagine why Trump and his handlers might want to hide From The Desk of

Stone interviewed Putin more than a dozen times over two years – an unprecedented amount of access for a Western interviewer. Colbert noted that many have criticized the director for being "too cozy" with the Russian President. Stone insisted he was merely polite and respectful. WWE ask John Cena for Smackdown return, last-minute Raw changes – WrestleTalk News

Oli Davis rounds up the biggest professional wrestling news in his daily WrestleTalk column…

If you told me just a few years ago that the guy from The Apprentice with questionable hair would be the President of the United States, I would reply: “I’m fine, thank you. I don’t want all the drugs in the world that you’ve just taken.”

So it’s probably wise to not count out Rock ‘The Dwayne’ Johnson becoming the new President in 2020.

BetOnline.org have slashed The Dwayne’s Head of State odds to a very tasty 80-to-1, prompting both The Washington Post to write an article on his potential bid, and Oscar-winning documentary maker Michael Moore to glowingly endorse the People’s Champion:

Run the Rock! Run the Rock! Who do you want for commander in chief? I want the f***ing Rock! It would scare anybody that would hurt us.

Hawaii Five-0 Season 7 Episode 14 Review: Line in the Sand

It's hard to beat a good standoff for dramatic tension.

Unless you have three groups and a fascinating bit of history like on Hawaii Five-0 Season 7 Episode 14.

It's always better when a series, especially on filmed on location, embraces its surroundings, and that's something Hawaii Five-0 has always done well.

That warm, beautiful scenery never hurts on a cold winter's night.

Anyway, I'd never heard of the Nation of Hawaii and didn't know it had its own sovereign land in the midst of the 50th State.

Thanks to my old friend WIkipedia, I now know that the Nation of Hawaii is the oldest Hawaiian independence organization and its village/cultural center/place of refuge is a fairly recent development, established in 1993.

And its Head of State, Dennis "Bumpy" Kanahele, a descendent of King Kamehamema, can act pretty well. I guess when you're talking from the heart about something you believe,

Chris Rock Will Run for President in 2020

Chris Rock Will Run for President in 2020
The world is still stunned over what many believe is the biggest political upset of all time, when Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton to become the President-elect of the United States of America. Barring an impeachment or any other strange turn of events, the American public will have to wait four more years to decide whether or not they want to vote Donald Trump out of office, and it seems that one contender has already announced his candidacy, Chris Rock. The actor-comedian announced just days after Donald Trump's upset that he plans to run for the highest office in the land in 2020. Ironically enough, he actually has more Presidential experience than Donald Trump does, in a manner of speaking.

Chris Rock took to Twitter on Thursday to announce his candidacy with a brief statement, "I'm gonna run in 2020 wish me luck." That message was accompanied with an altered movie
