New York City has become the threshold for the crime lord Shredder and his evil associates, such as the genius Baxter Stockman and Hun's gang of brutal street punks, the Purple Dragons. After fifteen years of living and training in the safe cover of the sewers, it's time for Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo to venture topside and battle these threats to the city.
