Jax offers Patterson proof of Real IRA gun-running in California and Galen's head, in return for immunity for SAMCRO on all gun charges and a re-examination of Tara's case. He also promises her all SAMCRO violence will stop, but he needs her to stop tailing him and to let him open Diosa del Sur. Unser, Nero, and Gemma all tell Jax that Tara has been lying to him, with Gemma explaining that the pregnancy was fake and Tara wants a divorce. When Jax threatens Lowen, she confesses everything. As a result, Tara finds herself without allies - Wendy and Unser abandon her and side with Gemma, Lowen says she can no longer represent her, and fearful for her own life, Margaret leaves town. Meanwhile, Clay's trial is moved up two weeks, leaving Galen without personnel to assault the transport, telling Jax he needs SAMCRO to carry out the operation.
