Storyline

Inspector Heera Lal and Havaldar Panna Lal are two simple-minded but honest policemen, who serve at the local police station. Their comical manner of functioning, and letting go of some culprits, does cause them considerable embarrassment at the hands of their superior officer. Then their lives are turned into utter turmoil and hilarious chaos, when they find out that another pair of men, also named Heera Lal and Panna Lal, who are their look-alike, have entered the same town they live in.
