When the auction starts, Sona says that 50 stones are available. The Pakistani buyer wins the first bid with $5.7 million for six stones, leaving 44 stones. Then the Egyptian buyer wins the next bid with $10 million for ten stones, leaving 34 stones. However, Sona then says that "there are 37 stones available".
In the car chase with Fait driving the blue sports car, he drives in reverse pushing a metal dumpster into the other car, breaking the taillights on his own car. Later, when Fait is leaving Archie's place, the lights are still there and working.
In the scene where Fait is riding through the alley on the quad and the guy riding the dirt bike (seen from the air) jumps over the truck, you can clearly see the ramp, and many more boxes. Right before this is shown you see a pile of 4 boxes high in a stair fashion going away from the truck, but right next to it, and in the jump scene they are also further away from the truck.
The M1A1 offered for sale is reported to have reactive armour and a 90mm cannon. The M1A1 clearly hasn't got the reactive armour skirts on it (Reactive armour are a series of raised explosive plates added to the outside of the tank) and they have always come with a 105mm cannon on the M1, later models having a 120mm cannon, A 90mm cannon would have been impossible to come by having been phased out by the appearance of the M1A1.
During the alley fight scene with the goons and Fait and Su, the stunt double for DMX's back is shown and you can see that the stunt double is of fair complexion (DMX is a medium-dark complexion black man). This occurs several times during that scene.
In the scene right after Fait was arrested and sitting on the bumper of the ambulance and the truck pulls up with the trailer pulling the four wheelers and dirt bikes, you see the guys getting out of the truck right away and you can see that the four wheeler in the back and the 2 dirt bikes are strapped down, but the front four wheeler is not strapped down.
When Fait jumps through the window of the building he rode into with the blue ATV, he has to clear a low wall to go through the window. You can see him ride up a ramp to get through the window, but there is no ramp there. It was edited out but it is still obvious that he goes off a ramp.
In the climactic scene, Archie is driving the tank while Tommy is in the Commander's Position (manning the .50 cal). A tank is not (and cannot be) fired from the driver's position. In addition, we later see Tommy loading the main round, this is done from the loader's position which is not easily accessible from within the tank itself. In addition, Tommy wouldn't be able to fire the round, should he have loaded the round from the loader's position and made it back to the commander's position, as the gunner (a fourth man on a MBT) actually fires the round.
