Storyline

The World Festival of Sacred Music was inspired by the Dalai Lama. World Festival of Sacred Music: Los Angeles (99) & Catchlight Films commissioned 20 filmmakers to document an aspect of the festival. Lisa Leeman's Through the Eyes of Children documented teenage photojournalists from the Venice Dream Team as they covered several events in the festival, including a press conference with the Dalai Lama, where they presented His Holiness with their photographs and Tibetan scarves.
