MMA fighter Cole Young (Lewis Tan), accustomed to taking a beating for money, is unaware of his heritage-or why Outworld's Emperor Shang Tsung (Chin Han) has sent his best warrior, Sub-Zero (Joe Taslim), an otherworldly Cryomancer, to hunt Cole down. Before the $200 fight happening, Ally helped Cole put on his hand wraps. The camera focuses on his hands close enough and there were no additional pads beneath the wraps. But when the fights happening and the camera zoomed on Cole's hand when he taps out, additional white pads were seen popping out of the wrap. See more »

7 is about right.
Plot was lacking but the violence, gore and fighting choreography made up for it. The editing was a bit choppy and lacked in arrears that needed more detail. With all that being said, it was overall enjoyable if you're an MK fan.
