Sex & Nudity

  • We see Bruce Banner shirtless when he turns back to himself
  • When he gets angry he turns into a half naked monster
  • A completely nude man stands in front of his girlfriend. We see his bare buttocks as he walks over to her. We also have a view from the front, but his lower half is obscured. His girlfriend can see everything, including his penis.

Violence & Gore

  • Several scenes are shown with animals being medically experimented on. The opening credits can be very distressing for some viewers. A coworker is accidentally shocked in an experiment. A man then steps in to shield him from unleashed gamma rays and takes the full brunt of them himself (but turns out not to have been harmed).
  • The Hulk fights the military, tossing tanks and soldiers aside, and he is shot at with small and heavy arms fire. Several of these scenes are prolonged and intense. He later fights a mutated human who can absorb energy.
  • A man tortures another man with an electrifying device, and then punches him.
  • A man kills another man with a laser gun.
  • A man attempts to kill his own son but accidentally killed his wife instead.
  • Lots of comic-book type violence and destruction.
  • Many other fighting scenes with the hulk.
