The Food Channel forces Emeril and his staff to attend a weekend retreat, where they run into Bo Derek, who's speaking at a seminar. The female staffers are envious of Bo, while Jerry comes up with an inventive way to catch her eye.
One Man's Cornbread
Melva's grandmother and Dom DeLuise appear on the show, each sporting their own cornbread recipes. When Emeril chooses DeLuise's as the best, all hell breaks loose as the residents of Harlem protest the show.
