"The Cat Of the Worm's Green Realm" is a 14-minute (the version I saw) short film from slightly under 20 years ago, so this is one of the filmmaker's later works and here we have no annoying electronic music soundtrack, but it is a silent film which is not better as the visuals are simply not interesting at all. I can only repeat myself that this may be a bearable watch for no more than 5 minutes and this is also true for "The Cat Of the Worm's Green Realm". The second half is a bit better, but it is still bad, just not extremely bad anymore. The color in the title already tells you about the dominating color in this little movie. I personally saw no artistic value at all in this one. Highly not recommended. Looks like Brakhage is very much quantity over quality with how he was rushing films at the end of the last millennium
