The Secrets of 007: The James Bond Files is a worthy informational special about the James Bond movie series
This James Bond promotional special showcases the then-18 films in the official EON series of which the then-latest one, Tomorrow Never Dies, got emphasized the most. So, of course, there are interviews with the then-current Bond, Pierce Brosnan and his co-stars of TND: Teri Hatcher, Jonathan Pryce, Michelle Yeoh, and Gotz Otto as well as director Roger Spottiswoode. Oh, and also Bond veteran Desmond Llewelyn of which this was his 16th of 17 appearances in the series. Also interviewed are first Bond director Terence Young, Peter Hunt-the series editor who eventually directed On Her Majesty's Secret Service, John Glen-second unit director of OHMSS who eventually helmed 5 Bond entries during the '80s, Jane Seymour-leading lady of Live and Let Die, Honor Blackman-Pussy Galore of Goldfinger, Richard Kiel-Jaws of The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker, George Lazenby who played Bond in OHMSS, and Sean Connery-the first one of the series. Many stunt coordinators are also interviewed as they discuss some of the most dangerous in the series. This was quite an informational special about the series up at that point of 1997 that I viewed on the TND Blu Ray. So that's my recommendation of The Secrets of 007: The James Bond Files.
