When Max says, "What are we doing?", his mouth doesn't match the words (01:15:58).
In the beginning, during Max's dream when the Evil Ice Cream Man shoots Tony Hawk with ice cream, he says, "Mmm! A Tony Hawk sundae!", but his lips stopped moving before "sundae" (01:33).
Character error
When Jenna invites Max to the party at the Cafe for milkshakes she tells him it's 9th graders only aside from Max but Lil Romeo is there and is in Max's grade as well.
Before Troy throws Max into the mud, they take a picture (13:49), which would make a hilarious article, except the camera lens cap is on (compare with 17:32, 46:11 or 50:50 where reflections are visible in the lens).
Continuity
When the Evil Ice Cream Man and Dobbs are fighting at the junkyard, in one angle, Dobbs' tie is thrown over his shoulder by the Evil Ice Cream Man (55:51-56:13) and in the next view, it is back down (56:13-56:14). In the next shot, it is back up over his shoulder again (56:14-56:28). However, in-between moments, Dobbs could have simply put it down, then back up as the Evil Ice Cream Man was stomping.
When Max walks out of the assembly room with trash all over him, Robe grabs a single noodle from Max's ear (16:48). In the next shot we see that Robe has many noodles wrapped around his fingers (16:51).
On Max's first day of school, he gets to school by bus. After school, he walks from the school to the Animal Shelter. After he is doing visiting the animals and trainers at the Animal shelter, we see Max is biking home. How does he have his bike with him if he took the bus to school, then decided to walk home after the animal shelter visit? Where/how did he suddenly get his bike to school and the animal shelter if he took the bus to school?

Factual errors
When Max is telling Robe and Megan that he's moving to Chicago, Robe says that they call Chicago the Motor City, because of carjackers. This is incorrect. However, while it could be true about carjackers stealing cars, Chicago is not the Motor City. Detroit is actually the Motor City and Chicago is the Windy City.
