Storyline

Two young lovers say goodnight. After the girl enters her house, two burglars arrive to rob it. One stays outside as a guard, and the other goes inside. The boy returns to serenade his sweetheart with a guitar. Unaware of the burglars, the girl appears at her window and tells her boyfriend she will come down. The guard slams a bucket over the boyfriend's head and runs him off. The girl comes downstairs, mistakes the burglar inside the house for her boyfriend, and gives him her jewel case.
