Carter buys into the craps game for $100,000 and two stacks of 20 chips were then slid in front of him. He complains that he was given $500 chips. It would take ten stacks of $500 chips to make $100,000.
When Carter is in the club singing and invites all the ladies up onto stage with him they are all wearing sequined dresses. When Lee runs out, the women around Carter are wearing beige/tan tops. In the next scene, their dresses revert to the nice dresses again.
The first two letters on Lee's license plate are JY, however when he drives Carter to the airport, they read JG.
When Lee is sitting in a car, the song "I'll be missing you" by Sean 'Diddy' Combs, starts to play on the radio. We cut away to the caller, and then back - apparently in "real time" - but now the song on the radio is almost at its end, although only 3 seconds have passed.
The truck's trailer leaves L.A. with polished aluminum wheels. By the time it gets to Las Vegas it has painted wheels.
When the plane takes off from Hong Kong it is a much smaller

In the final fight between Hu Li and Isabella at the Red Dragon, Hu Li steals Isabella's Colt Mustang. As they fought over the gun, 10 rounds were fired, 9 in the air during the struggle and the 10th hitting Isabella in the shoulder. As a Colt Mustang only carries 5 to 6 rounds, it is impossible to fire 10 rounds.
When Carter is playing craps at the Red Dragon he throws a Winner 7. The dice are shown as well as the chips on the Passline. There are also chips behind the Passline, which are referred to as 'Odds' in a craps game. However, there are NO odds on a Winner 7. This is a general rule in the game of craps. Odds were shown when Carter rolled a the 7. This would result in what is called a '7 out', not a Winner 7. A 7 rolled when odds are showing would mean all wagers lose, not win.
In the beginning of the movie you can see a woman entering with a bomb the consulate of Hong Kong that you can see on the sign at the entrance and later on the roof during the explosion.
However later they talk a couple of times about the explosion on the embassy instead of the consulate.
Lee's hands come apart when he jumps over the table, even though they are supposed to be taped together.
The wall in the massage parlor moves when pushed during the fight.
At approx. 1:07:28, Lee throws a bag full of coins at the guards. Although, it can be an effective weapon, it would be impractical as the bag would be too heavy if it had the amount of coins shown to fall out after he throws it. He would be unable to throw it that fast enough to gain the momentum required cause any kind of damage or even slow the guards down. Thus revealing the bag and the coins within to be a very light props.
When Carter, Isabella, and Lee are talking in the motel room, the camera can be seen reflected in the glass on the upper right hand corner of the screen.
When Carter fights Hu Li in the casino, she stabs a sword into his money bundle and while he is screaming a crew member is visible behind the Chinese figure while holding it.
When Hu Li spins off the roulette table during her fight with Carter, you can briefly see Zhang Ziyi's mic pack under her blazer.
Lee and Carter arrive at the Yau Ma Tei Police Station while inside the station the signs say Central Police Station - two different areas of Hong Kong.
Towards the end of the movie, when Carter asks Li what he wants when they're at the airport, an announcement is made over the PA system for a final boarding call for flight 44 to LaGuardia Airport in New York. Current regulations prohibit flights to and from LaGuardia to go further west than Denver, and they are in Las Vegas, hence an announcement for LaGuardia shouldn't be heard.
Isabela mentioned that the US had some deal with Iran Shah in 1959. The Shah of Iran became abducted and powerless from 1957.
As Lee and Carter sit in the black convertible Corvette, the boom is reflected in the windshield.

When the snipers' finger is shown approaching the trigger, he has fuzzy gloves on. A sniper wouldn't wear gloves as he needs a sensitive feel of the trigger.
When Lee and Carter go to see Kenny, Kenny starts to make a Karate move Carter pulls out his gun and holds it Gangsta style. This is not something a trained detective would do.
