- The X-Men's super heroines Psylocke, Rogue and Storm all have voluptuous figures and tight-fitting outfits. So does Ruby Heart who always shows ample cleavage.
- One of Rogue's special moves and super combos shows her making out with her opponents, she would even kiss female opponents as well.
- Some female characters are dressed suggestively. One character is a neko (cat girl) who is basically naked except for some cat-like fur covering her private parts, her buttcrack can be seen in one of her victory poses. However, no nudity/sexual content or anything explicit worth mentioning.

- The heroes who carry weapons and explosives are Strider Hiryu, Gambit, Sabretooth (assist only), War Machine, Silver Samurai, Spiral, Tron Bonne, Jill Valentine, Hayato Kanzaki, Ruby Heart, Iron Man, SonSon, Cable, Jin Saotome (assist only), Captain Commando (assist only), Mega Man, Roll Caskett and Baby Bonnie Hood.
- Jill Valentine has three moves where she summons a bloody zombie canine, a bloody zombie human, and a flaming zombie human. (The blood is green)
- Players string together a series of punches, kicks, beams and projectiles such as combos, aerial combos, hyper combos, grapple moves, special moves and non-gory finishing moves to pummel opponents.
