- Whenever PAC-Man dies, his jaw opens and splits backward until it closes in on himself and then ceases to exist.
- There is very mild violence.
- The only slightly violent part of the game is in the 2nd cut-scene when Pac-Man is running from a ghost, and a part of the ghost is ripped off due to a small object protruding from the ground. However, it is not graphic.
