Diablo II (2000 Video Game)
Diablo: [after opening the last seal] Not even death can save you from me.
Deckard Cain: It takes time to master your skills... and use will hone your technique. But take care to choose your new skills wisely.
[as the players enters Tal Rasha's Chamber]
Duriel: Looking for Baal?
Necromancer, Warriv: [upon stepping outside the Rogue Encampment] All who oppose me, beware.
Deckard Cain: [when the players talk to Cain after destroying Mephisto's soulstone] Congratulations, hero! Surely, even Diablo himself, sensed the fury unleashed when you smashed his brother's soulstone.
Paladin: [upon stepping outside the Rogue Encampment] I will cleanse this wilderness.
Necromancer, Warriv: All that's left of proud Tristram, are ghosts and ashes.
Paladin: [upon entering the jail] This is no place for a warrior to die.
Paladin: [upon entering the Burial Grounds] This holy place has been desecrated.
Paladin: [after slaying Blood Raven] Sisters, there was no other way.
Necromancer, Warriv: Cain seems to have great wisdom regarding the supernatural. I hope I never live to be that wise...
Kashya: If we could only find out how Andariel has managed to corrupt our Sisters, then, perhaps, we could drive out the evil clouding their minds.
Akara: Our mental discipline is matched only by our skill in archery... I only hope these are enough to withstand this awful trial.
Charsi: I don't really know anything about Cain. He seems to have a lot of secrets... That makes me nervous.
Gheed, Drognan, Alkor: Akara and Kashya are Sisters in the Order of the Sightless Eye, but they are worlds apart. Akara is a slow river of magic, and Kashya, a viper of war. They're both deeply devoted to their religious order, yet the corruption of their Sisters pains them to no end.
Flavie: Turn back! I can tell that you need more experience to fight safely in the next wilderness.
Tyreal, Izual: Tyreal was a fool to have trusted me! You see, it was I who told Diablo and his brothers about the soulstones, and how to corrupt them. It was I who helped the Prime Evils mastermind their own exile to your world. The plan we set in motion so long ago cannot be stopped by any mortal agency. Hell, itself, is poised to spill forth into your world like a tidal wave of blood and nightmares. You and all your kind... are doomed.
[after you find Horazon's Journal]
Marius: Horazon's urinal? Oh, journal! Yes, well... Glad you found it. Such a shame about those poor harem girls, huh? I shall miss them deeply... I mean their conversations, of course.
Asheara: The jungle can take you down fast. Try to avoid getting trapped out there if you can.
Ormus: How does one destroy destruction? How does force terror to flee in fear? You have great tasks ahead of you, Ormus thinks.
