It used to be believed, that this short documentary was released in 1965, but this was incorrect: The end credits include a copyright date of 1969. In the documentary one of the lawyers also makes a reference to the riots of Newark, New Jersey, which took place in 1967, therefore the shoot must have taken place after that event.
